**Driving via US-101**
  -  Take the Embarcadero Road West Exit
  -  Follow Embarcadero Road through Palo Alto for 3-4 Miles
  -  As you approach the underpass, get into the right lane
  -  Once you have crossed El Camino Real, Embarcadero Rd. splits
  -  Turn right at the fork onto Arboretum Rd.
  -  Turn left at the second light onto Quarry Road
  -  Turn right at the first light onto Welch Road
  -  Turn left on Campus Dr. West
  -  MSOB is on Welch Rd. on the left
  -  Park in Stock Farm Parking Lot - Day visitor parking permits are available for purchase.

**Driving via Interstate 280**
  - Take the Sand Hill Road exit and follow Sand Hill road East
  - Follow Sand Hill Road for 5 miles
  - Turn right onto Pasteur Drive -- you will see the main entrance to the hospital
  - Turn right onto Welch Road
  - MSOB is on Welch Rd. on the left
  - Park in Stock Farm Parking Lot - Day visitor parking permits are available for purchase.

**By Shuttle from San Francisco International Airport** - Take the “Super Shuttle” van service (roughly $30). The van will take you directly to the MSOB, 1265 Welch Road.

**By Taxi Cab from San Francisco International Airport** - Taxi cabs from San Francisco Airport to the Stanford campus can be very expensive, around $100 each way.

**Using the Stanford Campus Shuttle Service** - The Marguerite Shuttle is a free Stanford Transportation service within the campus. It has schedules posted on bus stop posts. The Marguerite schedule is also available online. The X and Y lines stop at the corner of Via Ortega and Campus Drive, where you can walk through the parking lot to the MSOB.

The Marguerite also stops at the Stanford Medical Center, the Stanford Oval (near Memorial Church), Tressider (near Stanford Bookstore), and other stops along Campus Drive. For more information, see the [[http://transportation.stanford.edu/marguerite/|Marguerite information page]].
