 +====Health Services Research Postdoctoral Fellow====
  
 We are seeking a postdoctoral scholar in health services research, health information technology, or a similar discipline.  The focus of this project is to define, extract, and validate quality metrics from electronic health records (EHRs), with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.  This position provides strong mentorship in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, working with nationally recognized faculty members across several departments in the School of Medicine. This position will be for one-year, renewable for up to five years, subject to first year productivity.  We are seeking a postdoctoral scholar in health services research, health information technology, or a similar discipline.  The focus of this project is to define, extract, and validate quality metrics from electronic health records (EHRs), with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.  This position provides strong mentorship in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, working with nationally recognized faculty members across several departments in the School of Medicine.  The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. with a strong background in health services research, biomedical informatics, or related discipline. Strong writing, quantitative, and communication skills are required.
