• Following are the directions which were discussed -
  • To meet with Lillian Sung and understand the project around learning a sepsis model on adult data, and adapting it for pediatric.
  • To meet with Stephen Pfohl and review the learning of a sepsis model on Stanford data, and adapting it for use at another 'site' (say MIMIC)).
  • To meet with Scotty Flemming and understand the problem of detecting when the underlying data has shifted enough that an existing model needs to be re-trained because P(Y|Xi) has changed.
